The Calling: Diageo is one of the leading beverage alcohol companies in the world. With such scale, even the smallest decisions ripple outward, making a huge impact. For Diageo India, this influence became an opportunity—to channel that power toward doing good.

The Pursuit: The Good Craft Co. is driven to becoming a benchmark for positive change in the world by producing more conscious spirits. Drawing from India's rich natural bounty and the wisdom, ingenuity, and craft of its people, the organisation celebrates what already exists, while it seeks more thoughtful and sustainable ways to elevate the spirit industry.

The Outcome: This strategy intensive project involved a thorough and reflective process, working closely with the Diageo teams to shape the purpose and formation of the organisation. Its name speaks plainly and honestly, leaving no room for ambiguity—a gentle but constant reminder of why it exists. The circular logo reflects a way of working in harmony with natural rhythms, expressing a holistic philosophy that guides every choice and endeavour.

A Badge of Honour
A distinctive tag to adorn Diageo India's brands and bottles that align with the organisation's philosophy. Featuring the logo alongside a brief note about the organisation, the tag serves as a clear mark of intent, that over time has the potential to become a meaningful cue of choice for the conscious consumer.
