The Company: Vianaar creates beautiful homes in Goa to reconnect you with nature. Having worked on the strategy and identity for the company, the purpose and language of communication for the brand was clear. Sustainability, ecology, local integration and hospitality became important talking points, beyond the expected technical aspects of square footage, materials and architecture.

The Solution: Every Vianaar publication becomes an opportunity to speak about these core brand philosophies. The conversations are layered in to the copy and visuals in a voice that is genuine and optimistic. Warm and vibrant illustrations play a key role in expressing ideas and sparking the reader's imagination, often helping them visualize scenarios better than photographs.

Sustainability: Aware of the fact that most real estate print literature is discarded soon after reading, a conscious decision was taken to switch many to digital form. Other brand publications are created with all the care to ensure that they are read many times over, and hence not discarded at all.

Poi Boy
India's little paradise is a mix of diverse characters. Goa offers the visitor innumerable cultures as a medley of locals, foreigners and wanderers pass through. This little book was born off a request to create a printed pamphlet of things to do and places to visit in Goa. We saw this as an opportunity to tell a story of the land and its fascinating people. 10 stories of diverse characters are correlated to a world of different experiences for the visitor in Goa.

Stories of the Mandovi & Living Sustainably in Goa
Conservation and sustainability are important and urgent matters in the world today. Here is a storybook of a fisherwoman and her daughter drifting down the Mandovi. The curious daughter has many questions about the waters, lands and flora & fauna of Goa. As her mother narrates stories to her, we too learn about this precious wonderland — about its beauty and fragility. We hope it inspires the reader to want to preserve it.
