The Company: Vianaar creates beautiful, sustainable homes in Goa to reconnect you with nature. Having built over a 1000 villas and apartments since their inception in 2008, today they are synonymous with luxury living and hospitality in the paradise state.
Strategy: When the founder, Varun Nagpal, approached QBF in their early years, Vianaar had already established its first few projects. However, he felt like something was missing in the story the brand was telling. A strategic study revealed a vast gap between the company's vision and its voice. By presenting themselves as a real estate company, Vianaar's conversations and aesthetics spoke of their offerings in a limited way, hence attracting a limited audience. QBF worked closely with the team to change the story to one of a lifestyle and hospitality company that offers its clients and homeowners the luxury of living a better life in Goa. Strategic inputs on aspects like sustainability, local integration and hospitality have become guiding principles for the internal teams to measure each decision by.
Design: QBF has over the years worked with Vianaar on an identity refresh, print, publications, websites, videography and photography, sculpture, signage, a custom carrom board, and an assortment of other physical and conceptual brand touchpoints.
A distinct element of a Vianaar home is the custom created Terrazzo floor tile. The colourful speckled surfaces become inspiration for a bright and cheerful language that abstractly speaks of the sea, sand, architectural elements and topography of Goa. Playing with size, colour and form creates a whole world of textures and patterns to work with.

The precise and beautiful letterforms of the brand typeface - Dala Prisma, are constructed of fine flowing lines that we interpret as the waves and wind on the beaches of Goa. Recognisable at a glance and reflective of the logo, the typeface is an important element of the brand identity.

Vianaar team to not just define what to say, but also on how to say it. This 'voice' was expressed
through carefully created words, images, cinemagraphs, video and animated interactions. While there is a
focus on showcasing the homes for sale, layers of storytelling around the people and land of Goa, on design,
hospitality, sustainability initiatives and the founder's insights allow the visitor to get a deeper
look into the company and the potential of their lives as a Vianaar homeowner.

Luxurious Hospitality
Escapes is the premium hospitality arm of Vianaar. A
brand identity was followed by a luxurious website
design. Short, candid video montages of people
interacting with the beautiful spaces for rent are used
across the website to allow the viewer to imagine
themselves in the scene. The minimal website is
restrained and spacious, allowing images and the
viewer's imagination to speak louder than words.
