The Institution: Medanta is a medical institution with a portfolio of superspeciality hospitals and clinics around India. Their flagship hospital – Medanta Medicity in Gurgaon, is one of the largest hospitals in the country. It houses 7 institutes and departments across 14 floors with 8 OPDs, a 1200 bed IPD and a daily footfall that goes into the thousands.

Re-branding: The engagement began with a strategic brand analysis that has resulted in a redesign of the hospital identity, brand story, messaging and print collateral. The mission has been to create a brand that accurately portrays the world-class technological and personal expertise of Medanta's facilities and doctors while portraying the hospital in the gentle light of an institution that cares.

Wayfinding: A second project involves reviving the wayfinding systems to ease the stress of navigating a large hospital environment by making them more intuitive and humanised. Signage structures, materials, visual design and messaging come together to make navigation swiftly functional yet layered with messages and visuals that reflect the hospital's brand story of nurture and care.
